     I’ve just returned from my favorite five-mile walk on the boardwalk of Miami Beach and I feel both energized and tired.  Energized because the water, the breeze and the air just makes me feel invigorated and tired because I know I just put in the mileage. 

      Do you know what makes me mad?  When I hear people talk about older women being over the hill with no hope, when these women believe that their situation is hopeless, and that they’re destined to lead a less than fulfilling life.

      That’s completely ridiculous.  You should see who I see on that boardwalk.  There are people with disabilities such as a woman with one leg who uses hand crutches and goes about 90 miles an hour, older women in the 90’s who hang on to the railings and drag themselves along because of strokes and even a woman in a wheelchair who inches her toes as she makes the chair move. 

      What if I told you that YOU have that same power for greatness just like these or any other individuals.  I don’t care what it is that you want to accomplish…..you CAN do it. I want you to visualize something….Think about one goal you would like to accomplish.  Now….imagine or dream in your mind that someone is walking up to you that has a mystical air about them.  You can see that this person has an inner light and somehow has an endless sight into the future.  This person looks into your eyes and then lovingly takes hold of your hand and places it next to their heart.  You can feel their power emanate through you and you suddenly feel at peace. 

      Then this mystical person says to you “I can see your destiny.  You have been placed here on this earth to make a significant difference for good.  You will accomplish anything you want to.  It is pre-ordained and it must happen.  You may have difficulties on your journey, but fear not  because you will be watched over and guided.”

     How would you act if YOU KNEW…..YOU ABSOLUTELY KNEW with unwavering faith that there was a way and an answer?  How would you view the future if you knew….absolutely knew that you were going to accomplish your goal?  Maybe you don’t know exactly HOW you’re going to do it…but you just know it is going to happen.

       You have the power right now to bring into being anything you want.  I am not mystic….I just know.  We all have the power but unfortunately most of us do not use it.  We just don’t seem to believe it.  We don’t seem to have the faith.  But it’s there…kind of floating around inside and all around you right now!!!

    Every woman has a dream of who she wants to be.  And usually that means feeling the best you can, getting up with a lot of energy and going through the day with excitement, passion and happiness.  This includes doing what you love and sharing it with people who mean something to you.
